My Clue Is: Yoga
Yoga is the union of mind and body through breath. We breathe in as our first act as a human and breathe out as our last act, yet every breath inbetween is ours to choose its purpose. By easing the body and calming the mind, yoga's profound impact on life is evident with every mindful breath.
